NCDAA membership is available to any person who is licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska. No person who is employed as a city attorney, county attorney, attorney general, United States Attorney, or who is employed full-time as an attorney for any law enforcement agency shall be eligible to be a member.

There are two levels of Membership:

Standard Membership-$200

The standard NCDAA membership is $200 for one calendar year. If members join after October 1^st, the membership won’t expire until the end of the following year.

First full year, after passing the bar-FREE

Persons can join the NCDAA after passing the bar and receive the remainder of that year and next full year for free.
