During this hour-long webinar Kristin Fearnow will provide an overview of basic concepts in immigration law and the immigration consequences of criminal conviction. 

Kristin Fearnow is a longtime community advocate for immigration reform and immigration, Kristin’s career is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complex and ever-changing immigration process. She is experienced in complex removal defense, asylum, family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, VAWA, U, and T visas. Kristin is a 2005 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
